Step Two – Permitting. The next step is to take those well-detailed plans through the permitting process. Calabrese Construction + Design has worked with municipalities nationwide, and has earned a thorough understanding of how to negotiate through the most demanding of cities.
Step Three – Construction. It begins with our coordination in bidding out your work to only the most qualified subcontractors, and continues through the full guidance and supervision by our knowledgeable and seasoned project managers dedicated to bringing that initial vision to fruition.

Our rich and comprehensive experience includes working with municipal building departments nationwide, and particularly those in the state of Florida.
We will review your construction documents for completeness and accuracy before they are submitted, and make recommendations that will expedite the review process. We coordinate the plan review submissions, and any corrections or revisions with the building department, project managers, architects and engineers in order to ensure the process keeps moving.
We can also act as an agent for the Qualifier. We work to get efficient and complete results.
